Sucking it in Saturday Week 6

Beginning Weight: 202.2lbs  (1/1/11)
Current Weight: 191.6   (2/12/11)
Pounds Lost: 10.6lbs lost

Beginning Measurements:  (1/1/11)
Waist: 42.5
Hips: 45.5

Current Measurements:  (2/11/11)
Waist: 39
Hips: 43
Inches Lost:  3.5in off waist,  2.5in off hips

How I'm Feeling: Other then being sick?  I feel great!  I would have never imagined that I would loose 10lbs I know that's a kind of delusional thought but I just didn't think I had it in me to loose weight I thought I was going to be stuck at this weight for the rest of my life.  But I continued exercising  using fit yummy mummy and I've continued to watch my calories using  I've even involved my mom in using myfitnesspal to watch her calories, she unfortunately can not join me in doing fit yummy mummy because she has knee and back problems. But I'm helping to support her and help her.  I never imagined that I would be the one trying to motivate others, I was always the one who needed the motivation because I just didn't have it in me.  But not anymore! I'm the one trying to help everyone else out and that feels great!  I just don't know how great it feels to loose this weight! Its been over 2 years since I have been at this weight!  I just hope that the weight continues to come off like it is.  My plan is to hopefully reach my weight goal of 160lbs by my 30th birthday this summer.  I think I can do it.  32lbs in 5 months isn't totally unrealistic right?  I seriously don't know what else to say I am just so ecstatic that I was able to drop 10lbs!  I feel more motivated now! Although I do miss food! No seriously watching my calories as kept me from eating a lot of the foods that I love, like chocolate and such.  But I have started buying ice cream treats that are lower in calories that I may enjoy some kind of treat I can't go on eating just healthy food all the time its just not realistic to me, you know?

Goals for Week: Continue with my exercises and watching my calorie intake.  Work on getting my energy level back up and get rid of this stupid sinus infection!

How are you doing? Are you reaching your goals? Are you struggling to get the weight off or are you soaring through?  You can do it!  Trust me if I can loose weight you can too (I've been struggle with my weight for 7 years, I know you can do it I have faith that you can do it! You just gotta push yourself no matter how badly you don't want to do it just push!

Thank you! I definatly feel great that I am seeing the results as well. Thats were a lot of the motivation comes in is actually seeing the difference!

you are doing an amazing job! I can relate to pretty much everything you said in this post! Its so hard to lose the weight, but its so good that you have found the motivation to do so, and you are right, it does feel so good to lose the weight, even a few pounds. I get excited when I only lose one pound, because that means I am one pound closer to my goal! You are doing great, and you are very inspiring. I also started using a couple weeks ago, and it is working out great for me! I am losing about 2 pounds a week. To help with the chocolate cravings, you should try those 100 calorie packs... those have helped me a lot. Good luck on the rest of your journey, and I will def be following!
