They don't know what they want....

When I decided to loose some weight, The Hubby told me... "don't do it for me, I like the way you are"  which give me a break what man likes a fat wife? Seriously?   But it wasn't for him anyways it was for me, I wanted to feel good about myself, I wanted to like myself again.  So I have taken this journey for the past 9 weeks, struggling up and down but trying my hardest to get things on track and to bring this weight down.  Some days I look in the mirror and I think wow I can really see a difference and some days I think damn your still a fat ass!  But I know the weight is still coming off and obviously ain't were I want to be yet.  This morning the Hubby says to me.... " I know I said don't loose the weight for me, but I'm really liking it."  my only response was "I told you!"  Because again really? What man doesn't want a skinny wife, because no matter how much you love them your gonna love them more with a hot body. Right?  I'm just glad he is seeing a difference and we are both happier.  I believe that the fact that I have a little more confidence helps as well because when you are happier with yourself you look better.  Needless to say I am smiling a little more today.  :)

MMM Yummy!

So last night My auntie (bless her heart) took my 3 older childrens (yes I purposely wrote childrens) so that they could play with their cousin for the day.  So the Hubby and I decided to do something since we only had baby girl. We didn't make it to bowling on time so we decided to go out to dinner, and do our Valentines day dinner early. Which we realized is the same place we went to for V-day last year.  We may make that our new tradition because well they have very good food!  Its kinda a fancy restaurant (which by the way neither of us were dressed up enough for) and we had an infant with us, probably two things that you shouldn't do at a fancy restaurant, But we did.  Carly did extremely well! We actually got commented on how well she was behaving for being an infant in a fancy restaurant.  The only time she actually got upset and started crying a little was when we were about to leave (2 hours after arriving, ps there was a 1 hour wait for a stinking table because of the busy weekend).  We had many people walking by  Carly as she layed in her car seat next to my chair (out of the way) and everyone made it a point to glance and see if she was sleeping or something because she was being so good.  The matradee actually asked how old she was as we were getting ready to leave because he was so surprised at how well she did!

Yep we had a very good evening even with an infant with us.  I did stray away from my diet last night, sorry I wanted to eat some yummy ass food. and guess what?  I didn't gain a pound!  I'm so glad.  Like I told the hubby I think 1 day a month no matter how well you are doing in dieting, you deserve at least one day to eat what you want or at least one meal to eat what ever floats your boat.  I may do this for every 10lbs I loose maybe that will be my reward :)  I told the hubby that my next 10lbs, we're going to the Cold Stone Creamery I want some damn good ice cream!  Or maybe we will go to one of the chocolate cafes that we seen on the GPS last night!  Or maybe a place that sells really good cupcakes!  I'll figure that out later.
All I know is that even when your dieting you need to indulge sometimes.

I scream, You scream, We all scream... For IHop!

So I woke up this morning on this great Christmas Eve.. The Hubby was suppose to be going to the gas station to get coffee as he does all mornings when he is off work. The 3 older girlies wanted to got with thier Daddy so he took them. Well after some time I realized they are still gone, so I text him and he tells me they are at Ihop. To be honest I am a little bummed that he didn't ask me to go with him but.. I think it is really sweet that he took 3 of his girlies to breakfast, things like this don't happen to often so I am really glad the girls get to go to breakfast with thier Daddy on Christmas Eve.
I'm sure every one is busy on this day so I will bid you adu....

5 days and other such stuff...

Guess What?
We're on Day 5 of cloth diapering with Kara and still going strong.... I caved last night and put on a disposable because on the off chance that she actually slept through the night I didn't want to have to deal with an overly soaked cloth diaper and good thing I did to, she did wake once but it wasn't long after she went to bed. I'm sure I will get into the hang of things and start using them at night with a booster but until then, its a trial and error for me and I get use to cloth diapering. I think I am doing pretty good, although I haven't really went any where in the last 5 days, except for maybe the park but thats it. The girls did go somewhere on Saturday but she was with my parents and they used the disposables that day for convience. Of course it does seem to me that I am the only one that is changing her diapers but I guess I don't mind (I can't believe I just said that!). I'm keeping up with cleaning them everyday to every other day although drying them takes for flipping ever! I need to figure something out on the odor because I have notice that they still have a bit of the pee smell to them once clean but I read on how to possibly get rid of it and will try with the next wash. Again I am new at this so I'm sure I will figure it all out, I'm glad we decided to use these with Kara as well because it gives me a chance to get use to them before our new little bundle gets here. Thankfully Kara is loving her new diapers, she loves showing them off to everyone and how pretty the patterns are.

Of Course since you haven't heard any news we are still waiting for this kid to make her appearance. I'm trying to be patient I really am but I am definatly getting impatient over here, I've been trying to be a little more active then I normally am so that I can hopefully work this baby out, but so far no go. I have my doctors appointment on Thursday and if this kid doesn't make her appearance by then we'll be scheduling our induction (which hopefully will be no later then Saturday).

Tomorrow is the Hubby's Birthday, I feel kind of bad because I had to wait till last Friday to order his present so now it won't be here on time, but I already figured out how to handle that and plan on getting him something else to open on his birthday. Today me and the girlies will be making his Birthday cards (from them).

So for now we wait.... I hope I will be updating soon and telling you all that we've had a new baby...

Have a Great Day!

MIA?

No I'm not ignoring you! Did you miss me? I know its been 10 days since my last post and I am getting really bad at posting lately, ain't I? Devin and my Birthdays were last Monday and Tuesday then Saturday we had Devin's Birthday party so yeah I have actually been pretty busy lately trying to get ready for Devin's party and taking my mom to the doctor and obviously taking care of the kiddos. I was on my feet for almost 3 days straight with all the running around and party planning I was doing I'm just glad that maybe I can relax now! I'm so tired anymore! The girls are going to Bible School this week for a few hours a day. We don't normally go to church but one of the neighbors goes and her church is having cool thing going on this week for the kids and I thought it would be cool for the girl (Devin and Brooke) to try it out. They seemed pretty excited about it, especially when the neighbors daughter bought them thier own kids bibles (which was really sweet of her!).

Today is mine the Hubby's Anniversary we've been married for 7 years! Its been a wonderful 7 years with its ups and downs but mainly ups! No plans, that I have know of, but you never know maybe we'll go to dinner.
So don't worry I haven't been ignoring you all I just have been busy for the past week. Hopefully I will be able to post a little more now....

Look what I got! (oh and Devin too!)

Do you know what this is?

I'll give you a few guesses before I tell you.....
Go ahead guess......
I'll give you a little guess....
It has something to do with my Birthday......
Did you guess? Well lets see if you guessed right.....
David actually went out and bought me the Digital Camera that I wanted for my Birthday! I was very surprised I didn't think he was going to get it. But of course I had to promise him that we were not getting professional pictures done anymore. Which with an the Awesome A** camera that he got me I don't mind giving up going to the professionals because we will just use my new Awesome A** camera to take our pictures. So you may be see ALOT and I mean ALOT of pictures posted very soon here! Because I have been playing with my camera since the Hubby gave it to me early!
My Dad said it was no far that I got my Birthday present early (even though I am the one that balances the check book and would find out soon enough). So he kept bothering us until we gave Devin her Birthday present to!

So here is Devin with her brand new lap top that we gave her for her Birthday....
She was super excited!
and yes I used my new camera to take the picture..... :)
So both of us kinda got to celebrate our birthdays early!
Guess what?!?
I had my OB appointment today and found out that I didn't gain any weight since my last appointment. I know it might not sound good, but when you were overweight before you got preggo, you try not to gain a butt load of weight. Baby is looking good, although I am super uncomfortable and have been having some contractions... But we still have 7 weeks left.....
Have a Great Day!

Can I brag a bit about my Hubby?

I know you remember yesterday I posted about the Hubby getting a promotion and becoming a Foreman?! Did I tell you how Excited and Proud of him I am? I really truly am. He is a hard worker and I know he is! Before he started working for this current company that he works for, he was in a basically dead end job. The Company that he was working for just didn't appreciate the things he did for them and never recognized all that he had done, they are that way with their employees (I should know I worked for them as well). But when my dad pulled some strings and got him into this new company, things started looking up and right away he was appreciated! Within months the big bosses were talking about what a great worker he was and how he would be there for a long time. It showed to since he was only and apprentice at the time and for almost 4 years (I believe) he was never layed off! He became a Journeyman this past October and even before he became a journeyman they had let him run a job (which is basically unheard of), Yeah it wasn't a big job but that's not the point. They have talked about him being the future (they wish all their new apprentices and newer journeyman worked like him). They've talked for some time now about making him a Foreman but with work being slow and already having so many Foreman it wasn't the right time, up until now at least. He starts running his first "big" job on Monday! He is doing a wonderful job and he is so excited to get his Foreman truck. A bit of a funny story about how good of a work my Hubby is.... The job he was just currently on, they pulled him from so that he can get ready to run the job that he is now on. Do you know how many men they sent to replace the hubby? 4! yeah that's right, they sent 4 guys to replace my husband! Obviously they believe he is a hard worker, you think?
Thanks for letting me brag a bit about the Husband! I Love him so much and I am so Proud of him!

Oh I forgot to mention, yesterday I asked what I should do for him for fathers day. Well I figured out what to get him. I went to http://www.griotsgarage.com/ and got him a Master Car Care Collection kit for cleaning his Trucks. I know its a bit expensive (if you clicked on the link and looked) but it will probably be part of his Birthday present as well since it is so expensive but I wanted to get him something nice that I knew he would love. And he does, okay so I am bad at keeping secrets and he kinda guessed already what he was getting and I gave it away. I think I will probably still have the kiddo's make him something (not sure what yet).

Have a Wonderful Day!

My mind is going 100 miles a min.

I've been trying to think of a good post to write... But I have so many things running through my head right now I can't even think straight. I'm thinking in more of a winding, curvy road going in all directions and driving me insane (or nauseous, either way I am going crazy).
First I looked and I can not find a picture of the retarded contraption I seen yesterday... It was a car that looked like a small airplane and no it didn't have large wings it just looked like an airplane, I couldn't believe my eyes at what I was seeing but for some reason the hubby didn't seem to surprised. What eva it was weird......

Guess what? I'll be 27 weeks tomorrow that means I am almost in my 3rd trimester! Can you believe it 13 more weeks to go! Yea, I can't wait! Although I am so not looking forward to being huge this summer. It was actually warm yesterday and I was already sweating and it wasn't even that hot! I'm in so much trouble. Okay yeah I know what your thinking.... Quit your Bitching! Thats fine I will.... Thanks for at least listening to me Bitch for minute. Can I say something else though (not complaining)? I really, really want to get another ultrasound to find out if we are for sure having a girl! Remember that post a while back that I posted about 3d/4d ultrasounds (sorry I don't feel like linking to it right now) Well they are having some good deals this month and I would really like to take advantage of them. Maybe I can con the hubby in to. :) We'll see....

We gave my dad his Fathers day gift early this year, well we gave it to him yesterday to be exact. A man was going door to door with a booklet for a golf package for pretty cheap, so after consulting with my mom I purchased it, I was worried at first for a few reasons, 1 I know nothing about golf so I had no clue if the package was a good deal or not, come to find out it was a really good deal. 2 I was afraid that I was being ripped off and that scared the shit out of me! My dad was so excited when we gave it to him, he started calling his freinds to tell them what he got and they are already planning all their golf outtings and such. I'm glad he liked it! Now all we have to figure out is what to get the Hubby from the girls for Fathers day. Got any bright ideas? I feel bad because when they are in school they make me Mothers day gifts but when Fathers day rolls around they are no longer in school... So they can't make him anything cute at school. The Hubby really likes his Truck, I guess we can try to get him some things for his truck but without ruining the surprise and asking him what he wants how in the world do I do that?!?! I don't know.....
Speaking of the Hubby.... He's getting promoted at work! They are making him a Forman! I am so proud of him he is such a hard worker and obviously his work knows that as well. He starts running his first big job either tomorrow or Monday (I think). He has run a job or two before just to see how he does but they were small jobs and nothing big, he is actually getting all the Forman perks now!

I know Kara has 6 more months till she hits 2 but its official she has hit the terrible 2's and has the tantrums to show it! She likes to get her tooth brush in the morning and brush her teeth with her sisters, which I don't care, the more power to her if she likes brushing her teeth this early on. But I don't like when she grabs the tooth paste and carries it around because I don't want her to open it and make a mess, so I usually just take the toothpaste away. Oh heck NO, she wasn't having any part of that she ran into her sisters room stomping her feet and screaming and then when I tried to hand her, her toothe brush she threw herself on the floor and started kicking and screaming! All because I won't let her carry the tooth paste around the house.
On a better note (as far as Kara goes), Why is it that my 18 month old daughter knows how to take her sweater off and hang it up without anyone saying anything but my 4 year old and 6 1/2 year old walk in the house and throw their sweaters on the floor and have to be promted (many times I might add) to hang their sweaters up?!?! Go figure....

Well....
Have a Great Day!

How was your weekend?

Hey Ya'll how was your weekend? Mine was pretty good, for the most part at least. I had some off moments were the depression kicked in and I just wanted to sleep the day away. But alas I had a child to take care of. My Aunt took Devin and Brooke to her house so for Saturday is was just me and Kara (the hubby was at work and my parents were at a wedding). Kara and I went to the neighbors for his 2nd birthday but were unable to stay for very long because Kara decided to be a big pain the arse! I didn't do my walking yesterday because we went to the in laws and then to the funeral for a viewing because the father of one of the hubbys closest friends died just last week. The hubby of course wanted to get his old truck and take it with us, which was fine with me the truck is nice, but there is no exhaust on it right now so that sucks because its very loud! When we left the funeral home it was raining and about half way to my grandma's house I realized that my pants were wet and the hubby realized he had forgotten to plug the holes that are in the wheel wells, so yeah the water from the road was splashing into the truck and get me wet, I tried to block the hole the best I could with my foot but I couldn't cover it completely and right before we got back to my grandma's I looked down and realized that not only were my pants wet but my shoes were muddy (because my grandma lives on a dirt road). Good thing we were dropping the truck off and not driving it all the way home that would have SUCKED! But I guess its okay, I was with the hubby on the trucks "maiden" voyage (it hasn't been driven on the road in over 18 years, I think) He was so very excited to drive his truck and that's all that matters. I'll be happy when he gets some stinking exhaust on it and adjust the brakes (its turns to the left really bad when you brake quickly).
Today I am taking it easy, I'll still go for my walk and maybe do my yoga (I'm not sure about the yoga right now) but I missed yesterdays walk so I really would prefer not to miss it today. But I'm really tired today and just want to take it easy, I was on my feet A LOT yesterday and would prefer to stay off my feet as much as possible. Brooke and Kara are watching Nick Jr., playing and fighting all at the same time. I think it may be nap time for Kara soon and maybe (hopefully) for me as well, Brooke has bothering me to watch either Rudolph the red nose reindeer or the grinch who stole Christmas so I think I'll let her watch one of those while I get a little nap in. Tomorrow is the funeral, the hubby has decided that he doesn't want to miss it and his work will understand so hopefully I will be able to talk my mom into watching Brooke and Kara so I can go with David. I would really like to go because I have never been to a military funeral and they will be doing a 21 gun solute. I know that is not a good excuse to go to a funeral, and obviously that is not my only reason, I want to be there to support the hubby and to support his friend as well.
Have you heard about the new medication recall? I still have to check out the tylonal and motrin I have to see if the products I have, have been recalled but check out Mcneil Product Recall to see if you may have one of the recalled products.

Do you have an ear to lend?

How can you look at that cute little face and not fall in love? This kitty is one of the 4 kitty's that my Mother-in-laws cat had a little over 2 weeks ago. He is the only one that hasn't found a home yet (well we may have a home but its not definite yet). Yesterday in my depression I was looking at the pictures of the Kitty's and fell in love and if I could I would take him, but we already have 3 female cats and 3 male dogs, and my mommy says no more cats! But again I say how can you not fall in love with that face! Alas I know we won't be bringing the cute little kitty home (ever).

I guess its part of my depression though, from what I have been told (after I went through some PPD with Kara) I'm a manic depressive which supposedly explains my urge to go out and blow money when I don't need to or have it, to make myself feel better and maybe getting a new pet could be considered getting something new to make myself feel better, You think?
I had a talk with the husband yesterday and although I do feel a bit better, I still don't feel right.
I've been contemplating calling my OB to see if I can get back on my Anti-depressants, but I am hesitant because I don't want to be taking that kind of medication while pregnant. But then again its also not good to feel this way while pregnant either. I would go to my shrink but I know what she is going to tell me I need to get some me time, some time to myself something that doesn't involve the kids. But with 3 kids its hard to do anything that doesn't involve the kids or anything that gets me away from the kids for a while, especially if I am still in the house. I could walk but I just don't feel like it. I guess I just need to suck it up and find something to do on my own and tell everyone that I need some time to myself for a while. Its the healthy thing to do right? Then why do I feel so guilty about it?

Aw man I actually found home for the last kitty. Well I don't aw man because its good but I was kinda hoping to con everyone at my house to get it. But its a good thing we don't need another cat.

As I have been thinking about it more and more, I believe a lot of my reason behind being so upset about not have a boy is because Zachary is not here and I never got to raise him, I love my girls with all my heart and I will (and do) love my new little girl with all my heart as well, but I never got to experience raising Zachary I want that experience and I think that's why I am getting so upset. I should be happy that I can have healthy children and I am because look at all the women and families that don't even get the chance at raising a child to begin with. I'm being greedy ain't I? I know I shouldn't be, I just wonder if it is apart of my depression? My mom is a very talented person and unfortunately I didn't inherit any of her talent (yeah I'm jealous) but the one thing that I most certainly did inherit from her is my ability to constantly think! Its not always about good things either, its about the bad things in life, about the what ifs in life. Sometimes I can keep it under control but when I am having issues with depression I have an even harder time controlling my thoughts especially the bad thoughts. You know the ones that play out scenarios in your head of things that have never and probably never will happen. I'm really bad at that, and my husband knows and completely understands that this is how I am, I am so grateful for that. But then in the same thought I sit there and think, if he is so understanding why doesn't he try to help? He knows How I feel about compliments I've explained it many times, but it doesn't seem to click in his mind. I don't expect him to bring me flowers for no reason (even though it might make me feel good) because I end up killing them any ways. But did you know (and I made sure I told him) that edible arrangements sell boxes of chocolate covered fruit and a box of a dozen chocolate covered strawberries for those people who don't want to waste money on flowers? I made the suggestion some what recently (before easter) that if he ever felt like getting me these instead of flowers (which unfortunitly he never does anyways) that this is a great idea

Now tell me that doesn't look good. a sweet treat and great alternative to flowers?

I don't want my complaining look like I have problems with my husband because I don't. I love him so much, he is my Best Freind and we have a great Marriage (in my opinion), our marriage isn't perfect but please show me one that is and has no problems what so ever! I appreciate and am grateful for all that he does. But that doesn't mean that there are things that other husbands do for thier wives that doesn't make me a tiny bit jealous sometimes. You know what I mean?

Well now that I have gotten some things off my chest I am feeling a little more better, not to mention I do have things to do today. So thanks for listening! Oh and thank you for all the support that I have been getting from my readers!

Have a Great Day!

Ecstasy

After two weeks of being irritated that the hubby was out of town, and not knowing when he was coming home, I went and visited my in laws because I know the kiddos missed them, (and its been a while since we've seen them). Devin and Brooke decided to stay the night so, me Kara were on our own going home, and I was starving so we left, got some gas, and some food. About half way home I get a phone call and all I hear is this song, Whenever David is out of town and he comes home or is on his way home he calls me and plays this song to let me know, ain't that so sweet? I wanted to cry and almost did because I was so happy that he was on his way home and then he tells me to look out the front door. Damn wish I could but I'm not home! Damn I wish I was home!!! So of course I had to drive all the way home knowing that he was home and I just wanted to be there with him! I didn't want to wait to see him I just wanted to be with him! I was so happy to get home and finally see my husband after 2 weeks! He bought me a Navy sweat shirt, oh did I mention that he was in Maryland at the US Naval academy? He also got the girls some t-shirts that say Navy on them too. I know you may not think this is a big deal but this was the first time that he actually brought us back a gift from when he was out of town. He was in Mexico a few months ago and he didn't bring us anything back, He could have brought home something authentic from Mexico or Texas (were they were staying) but he didn't even think about it. So this time it was really sweet that he brought something back to us. (just between you and me, the sweatshirt is to small, ha ha, but I'll manage). I am just so happy, more like in ecstasy that he is finally home! Yeah I know your thinking well if he is home then why in the hell are you on the computer? Well for your information, David is at the car wash spraying out his work overalls and coat because they got extremely filthy and my mom would hurt him if he messed up her washer and dryer with them. I can't wait till we go pick up Devin and Brooke from his parents they are going to be so excited to see him! Maybe I will take some pictures of their reactions!
Well I have to start cleaning up before we go get the girls, Hopefully I start having some more interesting topics to talk about now that the hubby is home!!

Have a great Day!!

No really I do have a boring life. See......

Were do I begin....

Huh, I guess I will begin with.....I am totally bummed that I don't have that many followers or readers of my blog but then again, I'm sure its boring and I have only been doing this for just over a month so I guess it may take a while to get some followers huh?

Pregnancy is suppose to be a happy time, Right? Then why do I feel so depressed? I can tell you mainly why. When I found out I was pregnant, as soon as that lined appeared I was in shock (complete and udder shock) but I was happy! When I told the Hubs that I was pregnant is reaction wasn't quite the same. Yes he was shocked but, he was far from excited. He said that he was happy but he was just shocked that we were having another baby. But his reactions tell a different story. When ever someone congratulates us of course I smile and say Thank you! when someone congratulates him, its always "uh", "yeah" rolling of the eyes, there is never a smile, never even near happy remark. He's unhappy and I can tell, mainly because he thinks we may end up with another girl, and whats wrong with that? I can say yes I really would like a boy but if we have another girl I don't see anything wrong with it? I just hate when people turn a Happy Event into a negative one! Especially when it happens to be about the life growing inside my uterus! I had some negativity with my last pregnancy too, its just so aggravating! I don't last night he asked how I was and when I mentioned I was sick to my stomach he didn't change the subject but then again he also thought I said I was being kicked in the stomach (by the baby). But I was being kicked in the stomach also yesterday by a little butt named Kara. I know I can be sensitive and over react sometimes but he should be happy, God has blessed us with another child!

Okay I will get away from that subject because who wants to hear me whine and moan all day?
Have I mentioned lately that I am exhausted and don't feel good? Yeah I am definatly sure you don't want to hear me complain about that all the time huh? Sorry, as I said before my life is pretty boring especially now since I became pregnant because my day mainly consists of getting up before day break to get Devin ready for school, getting Kara her breakfast and turning on Nick Jr (because she loves thier music shows), taking Devin to the bus stop (which is our driveway), checking my email and other such stuff, laying on the couch because I am exhausted (which I will lay there and play with Kara unless she is interested in something else), put Kara down for a nap, take a nap myself, get Kara her lunch, eat my lunch, and hang out (unless there is some cleaning to be done then I do that as well), I am sure you are wondering why I havent mentioned Brooke, that is because she has been gone for 2 days at my grandmas staying the night and really there isn't much of a difference when she is home, I just have two kids to take care of then. So you see I have a boring life, LOL. I am just to tired to do anything anymore..... So I will be back later (to post my 8 week update).

Have a Great Day!

Goodbye Peace & Quite

Okay so Kara has been having issues going to bed at night lately, I finally got her to go to bed at her regular bed time last night can we say HALLELUJAH, But..... there's always a but isn't there? Now today she is refusing to Nap! I know she is tired (she's got the classic baby tired signs) but she just does not want to go to sleep, I even switched her room around to see if it would help. We've been trying to get her to nap for an hour now and she is just now going to sleep...
Its been kinda peaceful around here the last couple days, Devin and Brooke have been at their Great Grandma's, they come home today..... So let the noise begin, let the fight commence, the the whining continue..... Is their a way to keep sibling rivalry at bay? If there is a way please some one tell me, and while your at it let me know how to keep them from whining over not getting their way? I can't even deal with it anymore... Lately I've gotten to the point if you want to whine then go to your room because I don't want to hear it, I don't want to deal with it!
Okay no more negativity... I think I am just going to have a discussion with them and hope (and pray) that it works and helps them with their behavior.

The hubby called me last night (like he does every night when he is away) I love talking to him every night, and I know his job is all he knows right now(since he goes to work, leaves and goes to dinner and then back to the hotel for bed) but I don't want to hear him talk about it for 50 minutes. I think I was able to talk about what I wanted to talk about for a whopping 3 minutes.

Am I boring you yet? Probably, again that is why my blog is called My Oh So Boring Life.... Trust me if I get some excitement going on ya'll will be the first to know, but everything is basically routine around here.

Have a Great Day!

More Randomness.....

So if ya'll were wondering the Hubby made it to Maryland safe. I havent heard from him today still waiting for his call but I don't know what his work schedule is so I just wait....

I called and made an appointment with a new OB today. I am a little bummed, I really liked my original OB, I have been seeing him for the past 6 years. He knows my history (as far as being high risk). But now that we live with my parents his office is over and hour away. For me this was a dilema I really did not want to switch but I know I need to. So I called a office that is like 10 minutes away :) and right next to the hospital! The receptionist was really sweet! So I will see my new doctor (1 of 3) on January 14, 2010 & I will be getting my first Ultrasound. I'm excited of course to be getting my first Ultrasound (I wish they gave you Ultrasounds with every appointment!). I was discussing making the switch with my mom today and I actually almost started crying! Thank you Homones! I can't believe I am already a month and a half! It feels like just yesterday I was peeing on that stick and getting a positive result!

Seriously does anyone else have issues getting thier 13 month old to fall asleep at night? Raise your hand (raising my hand with excitement!!!). Kara is having some major issues that last few days and hasn't gone to bed till 11:30pm (her normal bedtime is 8pm) I just don't know what she is going through but it is driving me insane! I just don't know what to do with her.... there she goes again!

Well I think its time for me to give the Computer a break..... Good night All!

Have a great Day!

Why are people so Crazy?

Why do people act so stupid? My mother and I are sitting here watching Operation Repo, the way people act is so hilarious, they are just so ridiculous. One girl actually pretended to be pregnant and have her water brake! They never figured out what it was that was supposedly her water but she had a preggo pillow under her shirt! Are you flipping kidding me! People are just so crazy! Its just a stupid car or motorcycle or a quad runner! If you payed your bills they wouldn't be taking them away! Why hassle the Repo guy? They are just doing their job, if you have issues then take them up with the company that hired the repo guy! The episode that we are currently watching the people pulled an AK and a 9mil! Is a dumb car worth going to jail?

Sorry I just had to say something about this! Those kind of things drive me crazy if I can't talk about it.

So on a brighter note... Today we were playing with Kara and the dog barked, so I started saying Arf Arf to her to see if she could say it and she says arf arf but its more like a whining sound... Its so cute trust me.. I'll get it on video one of these days. My mom has also gotten her to say baby as well!

And again on a sadder note... The hubby just informed me that he will be leaving for Maryland on Sunday for at least a week (that's if he can find his certificate for the job). I don't think I mentioned before that Davids work has him traveling, not all the time but it seems when they do we either have things going on or well its just never the right time (okay I never think its the right time). He went to Mexico back in November right after Halloween and missed Kara's first Birthday party and her first Birthday. and the year before that they almost tried to make him leave when Kara was due! Then they made him leave when she was only 2 weeks old and he didn't come back till she was a month old and then he had to leave like a week or two after that. See this wouldn't have been a huge deal except for the fact I was by myself taking care of a 5 year old, a 2 year old and a newborn baby. I will defiantly tell you I had tons of respect for single mothers after this! I mean I always have had respect for them because they are raising their children all their own (my mother was a single parent).

But anyway enough sad stuff.... I have to go take care of Kara she is crying in her crib (having issues falling asleep)

Have a Great Day!

I'm Oh So Proud

I am Oh So Proud of my Hubby! He was an apprentice until late October and there was always talk of him becoming a forman once he became a journeyman, but we figured it would be some time till that happened. Well He came home from work yesterday and informed me that he is the forman of 2 job next week!! I am so proud of him! I don't know why it is such a big deal to me but I am Happy about it!! He's always been good at his job and worked very hard, all we hear are good things from the people he works with! He's moving up sooner then we thought or this could just be a one time thing right now but still I am very proud! I love him so much and he is doing great!

On another note I think we are going to go do some Christmas shopping today and get our girls their presents I can't wait I love shopping!!!
