Hello my name is Catrina and I'm a ......

Scale junkie!  Yes you heard me right I'm addicted to weighing myself,  I know its bad.  I don't mean to be this way but when I go to the bathroom I feel the urge to strip down and weigh myself.  Ha ha yeah I said strip down, I want to know my actual body weight not my weight with clothes on.  So sorry folks you wont ever see a pic of me on the scale ha ha.  When I finally hit my first goal weight I may take a picture of just the scale but I guarantee, you will only see my feet.  Were does this addiction come from?  Its not like my weight is going to change drastically from day to day,  that's why I chose to have Saturday be my weigh in day.  But I can't wait till Saturday, I'm a scale junkie and I have a problem!  Is there a cure for this?  If you know of it please let me know, I need some serious help!  Oh and does it make it any worse that when I do weigh myself I weigh myself at least 3 times!  3rd times a charm right?

Do you have any odd addictions?  Like an addiction to a devil television show or looking in the mirror constantly?  I want to know that I am not the only one!

Have an Oh So Wonderful Day!

Fighting the Fat Friday

How depressed would you be if you had to be fully undressed just to loose a few pounds? I have been between 197 and 200 for the past few weeks and its been irritating the hell out of me because I didn't think a plateau would last this long! Then this morning after I exited the shower I decide to see how much I weighed (I haven't eaten this morning at this time either) I was down to 196! So seriously how depressing is this that I freaking at to be in my complete birthday suit just to loose a damn pound! Confession though I have not walked since last Friday when my mom had her tonsils taken out. She's my walking buddy, my motivator, my pusher. I have not been motivated or pushed to walk since last Friday. Oh and not to mention (I hate to mention) I gave in and began eating sweets again, I'm sure that is not helping with loosing weight but I got so upset that I cut out the sweets and I wasn't loosing any weight I figured why the hell can't I eat sweets if not eating them has no effect on my loss. So here I am still not loosing weight, getting aggrevated and irritated. I was hoping to have lost 30lbs by Christmas and as it sits now I just don't see that happening and its very depressing. But I will keep at it and hope that eventually (hopefully soon) I will begin to loose weight and feel better about myself. Until then note to sell... You suck fat!

Have a Great Day!

Fighting that Fat Friday & other Randomness

This won't be a very long Fighting the Fat Friday post because well.... There's not much to tell you I have been maintaining my weight, no loss, no gain and it really sucks! The depression of trying to loose weight has set in and I am getting so discourage that I began snacking again! I hate it but I eat when I'm upset. Yeah I'm one of those folks... Not to mention that my grandma brought over some yummy cupcakes that she got on sale at the store. Last time she brought cupcakes over I was able to stay away from them but with as upset as I've been I couldn't stay away this time... I've been walking daily with my mom and haven't missed even one day for the week I've been walking with her. Last Sunday we bought some Sketcher ShapeUps I can feel the tighting of my muscles some days but still have not seen results! Do you see how this can be depressing when you are working so hard to change everything for 3 weeks and get stuck after only the 2nd day? I wonder if I am just ment to be at this weight.... (which for me is depressing) Now I would be fine if I have only lost a pound or so in the last 3 weeks but not staying at the same weight. So as you can see I don't have much to report this week, maybe I will have some good news next Friday (but I highly doubt it).

Now on to a new subject...
I got my hair dyed this week. I was excited because I wanted something different that I've never done before. I've had my natural hair, which by the way is brunette and I've had blonde hair. I've also had my natural with blonde highlights but I have never (on purpose at least) has blonde with red highlights. I have some of my natural hair showing through and I also have my my blonde highlights, but now I have red in there too! I like it but I think I want more red next time :) and some points in my hair it actually looks a little pink and I love it!!
We got 27 pumpkins cleaned out for our Halloween pumpkin patch, we'll start carving them Saturday, so they will be ready for Halloween. My mom is having her tonsils taken out today so she wont be much help tomorrow I am sure she wont be feeling very good.

Have a Great Day!

Fighting the Fat Friday...

Welcome to another Fighting the Fat Friday... (Sorry its a day late)

I've hit a bit of a platue and I'm not very happy about it! I am at 197 (sometimes 198/200) and I am getting very aggrevated about I have cut out snacking all together, and do you realize how hard that is when you have a house full of Halloween candy? I have not snacked at all in 4 days all I have eaten is lunch and dinner, okay maybe I should eat breakfast too but I am just not a big breakfast person I almost wonder if I were to eat breakfast if it would help out as well. Not to mention I still am not exercising, my mom has been walking everyday but I've been to lazy to walk with her, but she is going to force me to walk with her now so that I can loose some stinking weight! My mom lost 5 pounds I'm proud of her! She has been walking everyday for the past 2 weeks and doing well. So now I guess its time for me to force myself to walk (or for her to force me to walk haha). She told me that if I don't walk with her everyday then I need to walk up/down the stairs at least 10 times a day, so far I did that twice today but I have also been cleaning to so thats a good thing sort of (I haven't been moving a whole lot). Do you know how hungry I am? I am starving right now I want a snack so stinking bad!
I just wish that weight loss wasn't so hard! (and takes so long!)
We went for a 2 and a half mile walk yesterday and I still haven't lost any weight! I guess I just need to stop being so obsessed with loosing quickly and realize that loosing weight takes time.

Have a Great Day!

Fighting the Fat Friday

So its been a few weeks since I made a Fighting the Fat post and to be honest I really haven't been do much of anything to try and loose weight. Other then trying to eat a little healthier, I haven't been exercising, I was but then my dad had a heart attack and the exercising got postponed and I just haven't started it back up, really I just haven't felt up to it. I have been kinda taking a short cut to weight loss. I've been drinking these drinks called Celsius they are drinks that help you burn calories and reduce fat (up to 100 calories per can or per day, can't remember which one). On the 12th I started the Jillian Micheals 14 day Cleanse and Burn I started the morning by getting a beginning weight and beginning inches thanks to the Celsius and eating better I am down to 200lbs! 4lbs below my prepregnancy weight (in 8 weeks) I am also down to 42 inches I was 42 1/2 for a long time So I am very excited to see that I am loosing the inches (and the weight). My Mother in Law said she has noticed a difference that I have been getting smaller, and even the Hubby said he has noticed a difference too. I know using weight loss pills and drinks is taking the easy way out but I like fast results and never had success with exercise. Thats not to say that I won't exercise, because I will still attempt to but I always end up giving up and then starting back up again so i think thats why I have so many problems with it working.
This morning I weighed myself and I am 198lbs and I even lost some inches now I am 41 1/2 inches in the waist! Very excited about this progress since I have only been on this for 3 days but I don't want to get over excited just in case I gain again. but I am very excited, I only have 4 more lbs to loose till I reach my prepregnancy weight with Kara! That of course is my first goal, my next goal will my prepregnancy weight with Brooke which is a little bit of a bigger goal for me which if I get to my prepregnancy weight with Kara I will have 29lbs to go till I get to my prepregnancy weight with Brooke. I may even attempt to get to my prepregnancy weight with Devin, which is another 20lbs lower then that. But for now my goal is 194lbs. I hope to reach and excede that goal by next Friday but we will see how things progress. After that when I start for my prepregnancy Brookie weight I hope to have that reached by Christmas but I know that may not be achievable so we will see, a girl can hope can't she?

Do you have a goal?

Have a Great Day!!

Fighting the Fat Friday

Oops we're a day late....

Sorry its been a while since I posted anything. I've been busy and tired, its funny I had 3 kids before but didn't seem like my life was that busy but now that I have 4 holy crap its chaos! Well for starter my weight has plateaued at 204-205lbs for the past few weeks, but then again I haven't completely been watching my weight and surely wasn't exercising, I've been so tired since Carly doesn't like to go to bed to midnight most nights, some nights she will go to bed early at 11:30pm and other nights she will stay up till 1am last night though I thought I was going to get to go to bed at 12:30am I was so tired and ready for bed but Carly had other plans, she woke up as soon as I layed down, she fussed and cried till 2:30am! She did however stay sleeping till 7:30 am which I am so thankful for at least I got a little bit of rest.

I started walking on Wednesday, I took all 4 girls for a walk...

I wore Carly....

&

The other 3 girls were in the stroller..

I'm not exactly sure how much Carly weighs but I estimate she is probably around 11-12lbs so I was wearing 12lbs and then pushing the 3 girls in the stroller was a total weight of around 112lbs! We walked a mile (but also stopped at the park for a few minutes), so yeah I think I got a pretty good work out that day don't you? Yesterday (Thursday) it was just me, Kara and Carly since Devin was at school and Brooke was at pre-K, I didn't walk the full mile because I didn't put Kara in the stroller I let her walk on her own, so we didn't go the full mile. I also ended up carrying Kara for a lot of the walk (the last half) and at one point she was on my shoulders, so for the last half of our walk I was wearing about 37lbs. Yeah I was tired afterwards, I ended up napping for a while I was so tired. I plan to walk today, I am just waiting on my mom to wake up so we can go. I don't know if I will walk on weekends or not but I think for now weekday mornings are a good start, don't you think? Its better then not walking at all.

I'm still wearing the belly bandit and am down to 41 1/5-42 inches, its pretty good but I think I will continue to wear in hopes that I will continue to shrink, again I have only been wearing it at night so that might be the cause of my slow inch loss but I'm not complaining at least the inches are coming off that's all that matters to me! My Mother in law said that she has noticed a difference and that it does look like I am losing weight (even though its actually only inches I am losing). I would absolutely love napping today after our walk but I don't think that will happen as we have to be at my Grandmothers at 1pm for my Aunt's birthday. So I guess thats it for our Fighting the Fat Friday...

But don't worry I'm not done talking I do have more to talk about, duh its been a while I have to update you on things right?

Well lets see were do we start, mmm... well Carly has still been having tummy issues since I stopped breast feeding so we took her off the powder and put her on ready to use formula liquid, she was still on the Similac sensitive but she was still getting a upset tummy and having issues with acid reflux so we switched her to the higher level Similac sensitive, that didn't work so we switched her to Similac sensitve for spit up and again that didn't help, last night we made the switch to Similac isomil we will have to see how the soy formula pans out but I hope it works, because I don't know how much more of this crying and fussing for hours at night I can take, she will basically fuss and cry from 9pm till 12am every night! If the soy doesn't work we will continue to use it but I will then make an appointment with the doctor to see what they can do.

I guess that is all for today I need to get busy taken care of the girlies.

Have a Great Day!

Fighting the Fat Friday!

So I guess this will be my initial Fighting the Fat Friday post.

Technically my starting weight was 226lbs thats how much I weighed on the day I had Carly, within days though thanks to the initial weight loss and breast feeding I lost 22lbs and got down to 204 in just 5 days!! I actually ended up down to 203 but gained some pounds back. But now I am back to my prepregnancy weight at 204.

My goal is to reach 160lbs by Christmas, I'm just wondering if it is possible for me to loose 46lbs in 4 months, I know its possible but I am saying I wonder if its possible for me to do it. We just got a new stroller (thanks to my grandma), and everyone was assuming that I was going to buy it so I can start taking walks, so I guess I shouldn't disappoint everyone huh? I plan on exercising but if you know me every time I plan on exercising I either do it for a little while and then quit or don't do it at all. My mom however has to loose weight for medical reasons so she will be able to motivate me to get me off my butt and either walking or exercising on the Wii. She is always good at making me do stuff, maybe because she is a good motivator or maybe because she is my mother and nags the hell out of me until I do what she wants me to do. HAHA

I'm glad that I have her to help me out and motivate me though, I need someone to push because if I don't then I won't do it. I have been a little busy this past week so I haven't been able to start my exercising just yet. We've had some doctors appointments this week and I haven't been sleeping well (but of course thats because I have a newborn). We've had some not so healthy food in the house this week as well so that hasn't been helping me any either. I have willpower issues if there is food in the house that is bad for me and taste good, its most likely that I will end up over doing it and snacking on it until it has disappeared.

On a side note, I have been loosing inches on my waist! Remember this post that I posted back in July? It was about the Belly Bandit, I ordered it and was excited to try it out and see if it worked as well as the reviews on thier website said it worked. Now I haven't followed the directions completely as it says you should wear it 24 hours a day 7 days a week for 6 weeks, except for in the shower. I have been wearing it since I can home from the hospital, but only at night when I am sleeping, okay I could be wearing it during the day but well its hot and I don't feel like it. But guess what? When I ordered it my Belly measurement was 48 inches (I know big right?) I ordered the large (44in-49in), well in less then 2 weeks (since I didn't start wearing it till 3 days after Carly was born). I had to order the size medium (38in-43in) because the large is now to big for me and my waist is 43 inches as of September 1st! I'm excited about this because well I believe I am actually smaller then I was before I got pregnant, if I am correct in remember I was about 45in in the waist.

I'm happy and hoping that the next Fighting the Fat Friday post that I post will say that I have lost some poundage....

Have a Great Day!

Have you heard of this before?

Have you seen these before? If you have recently had a baby or are preggo now, you may have heard of them. Its the new craze that alot of preggers are talking about. Are you trying to figure out what it is? Its the Belly Bandit According to the web site "it is an abdominal compression binder designed to help you get your body back to its former fabulousness post childbirth." Now I don't know how well it works because until I got preggo with this kiddo I had never heard of it. I have been curious and wanting to order one ever since I found out about it though. So today I popped over to their website and placed an order for their "White Summer Special" which consists of one of the pretty little Couture Bandits as seen in the picture above a free tote bag and free ground shipping all for $55.95. So I did it I ordered one, I can't wait to get it in the mail and well duh once I have the baby try it out! I was just going to order their original Belly Bandit but I really I figured I am probably getting a good deal with their special (with the free shipping) and plus I like the zebra print one!

I am so hoping that once the babe gets here and I start breastfeeding and wearing the belly bandit that things will start shrinking! Obviously I have stuck to my Fighting the Fat Friday's since well I couldn't exactly loose weight and I stopped doing my daily walks. But once babe gets here I will probably start it back up so expect to see before pictures and progress pictures from using the belly bandit. I will try to keep up with it as much as I can, but I can't guarantee much once she gets here until we see how hectic our schedule will be. I am sure it will be pretty hectic taking care of 4 girls and the fact that one is starting physical therapy for her foot on August 4th, then school will be starting soon after that so I will be dealing with all that.
I am so glad I have my mom here to help support me! She has been wonderful since we moved in helping me with the kiddos! Especially now that I can't move around as much as before.

Thanks for stopping by...
Have a Great Day!

Fighting the Fat Friday

Wow its Friday already? How have you been doing? Guess what? I haven't done Shit! I planned on starting my walking back up this week but of course its been raining all stinking week, today is actually the first day it hasn't rained. Maybe I will actually get to go for a walk today. Even Brooke has been bothering me about going for a bike ride, since when I go for my walk the girls ride their bikes because they can't handle all that walking without getting to tired.

(side note: Maybe thats why my kids have been getting on my nerves because they have been stuck in the house for a week)

Obviously today isn't going to be a long post, because well like I said I haven't been doing anything. I'm telling you ever since I went to the hospital with the contractions and dehydration I have been so parinoid about the contractions starting back up. I guess I need to just get over that for now huh?

Well hopefully I will have some better updates next week for ya'll maybe I will be back on track, lets hope right? I got my fingers crossed!

Have a Great Day!

Fighting the Fat Friday-Week 2

Preggi Style Yo...
So is anyone doing this along with me or am I on my own? Anyways, unfortunitly the only day I have walked this week was Monday because Tuesday I had the funeral and was on my feet all day so obviously by the time I got home I just not want to do any kind of walking (but I did walk Kara to the corner and back) and thats the night I started contracting so I have been taking it easy the rest of the week. I think I will either start back up my walking on Saturday (because it is raining today) or Monday I guess we'll have to see how this weekend goes. I have been some what watching what I am eating the only thing is that we have alot of fruit snacks in the house right now so I have been having some late night snacks of those. But we also have strawberries so I have been eating fruit throughout the day too and I had a salad for lunch the last 2 days. I don't quite think that I am maintaining my weight right now but I am not sure either. I was feeling good about myself beause I was walking and I felt like I was actually loosing some of my fat but no that I haven't walked in 4 days I feel like it came back so maybe it was my imagination to begin with. I am trying to make sure I at least drink 64 ounces of water a day, thats good right? I am thinking about doing some palates but then again I quit the yoga and pilates is probably harder then yoga huh? I really don't want to buy any pilates videos either unless I can get them super cheap (just in case I quit). Now that I haven't walked for a few day I feel so very lazy! But then again I don't want to over do it right now because I don't want to cause the contractions to start again. I guess I am a bit parinoid about that right now. So if your doing this with me, how are you doing? Let me know!

Have a Great Day!

Fighting the Fat Friday- Week One

Did you decide to joing me for Fighting the Fat Fridays? Or are you just here for an update? Either way welcome.....
Again for me this is Fighting the Fat Friday - Preggie Style.
I've continued with my walking this will be day 5 in our daily walks (once we actually take the walk), I did my dreaded Yoga yesterday and to my surprise I was actually not in pain afterwards! I actually had an easier time balancing and doing it yesterday too. My mother and I went on our 1 mile walk yesterday and about half way through it started to rain! That sucked seeing as we had Kara and Brooke with us. We all got pretty wet but it did stop raining before we got home. We looked pretty funny out in the rain trying to walk as fast as we can, which I have to say isn't very fast since 1 of us is preggo and the other is cripple, can you guess who is who? We had to slow down after so long because I started to cramp up, which I have noticed if we are walking to fast I start cramping a little on my right side, I don't know if its a uterus cramp or a muscle cramp though, I guess that is something I will discuss with my doctor next week for my 6 months check up. Yeah you heard me right I am 6 months preggo today! I am officially 24 weeks now, but won't do my preggie update until after I see my doctor next week so expect a update and a belly shot next week. I don't know if I mentioned this before (I probably have in one of my other post) but I actually feel good about walking everyday, ok not so much about the yoga since I do dread it, but I am sure I will get use to it and love it soon enough. Once my depression kicked in a few weeks ago I didn't know what to do to make myself feel better, the nurse I spoke to told me to talk to my doctor at my next check up (which I plan on still) but she also said to find some me time, which is pretty hard when you have kiddo's to take care of, it seems the only time I get some alone time is in the shower. Even yesterday when I was trying to do my yoga, Kara was napping and Brooke was outside but then in the middle of my routine Brooke came in the house and frustrated the hell out of me because she wanted a snack and I wouldn't let her have ice cream and what ever else she was bitching about, So of course the rest of my "work out" (if you can call it that) I was in a bad mood and couldn't relax. But even though the kids are with us during our walks I actually feel good and better about myself, so these walks really help with my depression. I doubt they will help me get rid of it completely (I'm pretty screwed up in the brain if you haven't figured that one out yet), But at least the walks help, and make me feel better about myself.
So are you going to be joining me on my journey or will you be a spectator? Leave me and comment and let me know, even if your just going to visit to see how I'm doing let me know!

Have a Great Day!

Fighting the Fat- Preggi style & kiddo updates

So yeah I know I just wrote about fighting the fat-preggie style just a few days ago but you know what I am feeling so good about what I am actually doing I wanted to make another post about that again and some other stuff.

Monday we started our daily walks, then Tuesday I started my prenatal Yoga. I plan on doing the yoga every other day (wait didn't I already tell you this?). Anyways today I went on to mapmywalk.com (Thanks to one of my Parent.com friends for sharing this site) found out that if we do a certain route that we are walking 1.12 miles, if we walk the entire neighborhood its 1.58 miles, so for now we will stick with our 1.12 mile route just because we just started doing this we'll work our way up to the mile and a half and then if we really want to be daring we try for even farther by adding the subdivision next to us. I doubt we'll make it to that (at least I won't while being pregnant), but you never know we'll see. We've discussed adding a short distance of the other sub to bring us up to 2 miles but we'll worry about that later, let see how long we can handle the route we're on now, since my mom has back and knee problems and me being preggo, who knows how long we'll be able to keep this up. I can defiantly say I feel good about this! I dread doing my Yoga but that's only because, okay lets admit it when you are doing yoga it doesn't look like much movement and such but damn that shit hurts afterwards! I was defiantly feeling it after my 1st session Tuesday (and really once we started walking too). I dread doing my 2nd session today just because I am afraid of how I will feel afterwards, maybe it won't be so bad today, I just hope that I will be able to balance better the more I do this because right now I am so wobbly during my Yoga sessions. I haven't really been doing great with the eating right but I have been trying, normally when I am hungry I will grab some kind of sugary fat snack but I have been trying to reach more for the healthy snacks lately (confession I still do go for the unhealthy snacks too though). Am I rambling? Okay sorry I have gone through bout's of exercising before but never really got excited about it, maybe that's why I never stuck with it. I just hope that me and my mom stick with this because I don't think I could do this on my own, I need the motivation of someone else saying lets go do this (pathetic I know). Are you trying to get healthier, in shape, fit, or dieting? Wanna join me? I don't know exactly how to make the link to link up to my page but if you want to start fighting the fat with me, leave me a comment with your site to share. I think I may make the update day for Friday maybe we can call it Fighting the Fat Fridays. Yeah that sounds good to me. So feel free to join me. (let me admit I got my inspiration from many sites to name a few Heir to Blair who has McFatty Mondays, and Much Love, Nicole has the Un-Belly Series. But they are more focused on loosing the post baby weight which in about 4 months so will I but for now since I'm preggo I'm more focused on getting healthy and in shape and keeping it safe for my belly baby. So what do you think do you wanna join me? You don't have to even have a blog just leave a comment and let me know what your plans are on getting fit & how your progressing. So Although I am posting today we'll officially start Fighting the Fat Friday's tomorrow! Good Luck, and have fun!

Hey were are you going? I'm not done yet! Did I say I was done? Sit back down! (haha) So yesterday Devin came home and wrote her name down on her dry erase board and asked is this how you spell my name in cursive? I looked at it and her D looked like a S so I let her know, actually Devin it looks like you wrote Sevin, the rest looked great but the D was not right. So I showed her how to make a Cursive D and she had already knew how to do the rest. I got curious and asked her if they were learning how to write in cursive at school. No mom we're not, we don't learn that till 2nd grade. So why are you trying to write in cursive now? I asked. I don't know I just wanted to learn how to write my name in cursive. She learned very quickly how to write her name and she does a great job (actually I think her cursive handwriting is neater then her normal handwriting). I'm very proud of her, she does so great! For a while we had some major issues with her not wanting to do her journal writing, she was always fighting us on it but she is not bad at it at all and we tried to tell her that. She is doing great at reading too, being that they don't expect her to be at a level 16 till June and she has been at a level 18+ since the beginning of April.

Brooke is working on her alphabet (identifying and writing) she is doing really well too, and we are even working on identifying and writing numbers too. I know they teach her how to write and such at preschool but she only goes once a week, so we are working on it more at home too. Funny story about taking her to school yesterday, she always throws a fit when I take her school, she cries and whines and says she doesn't want to go. She always has fun at school once I leave but we think she has a fear that I will leave her there (which will never happen). But yesterday when we got to her classroom I tried to calm her down, she was still upset but I got her calmed down enough to where I could leave and as I was getting ready to walk out the door another little girl started crying because I was leaving, Haha whats up with that?
Did you know Kara is a little bully? seriously she is! She beats up on Devin and Brooke (more Brooke) all the time. She's a little smart ass too (just like her sisters). Whenever she is in trouble and I am trying to get her to come to me I start counting I say 1 and she chimes in 2! I think Devin did that as a baby too. She is learning new words all the time and wanting to help out around the house. She tries to help with laundry, she loves to pretend to sweep or vacuum. We are working with the potty (slowly), so far I've gotten her to pee in it once, but hey we are not fully potty training yet so I think we are doing great so far! Her new favorite word is no, although half the time she means yes.
So I guess that is all for today, I need to get Kara down for her morning nap and I need to get my butt in gear and do my Yoga for the day. Wish me luck!

Have a Great Day!

Fighting the Fat - Preggie Style

So yeah you know I have talked about it before I am totally not happy with my body! Its been a long time since I was happy with my body, but then the kiddo's came along and away it went. Ok thay thats a lie I was actually still okay after baby #1 then when 2 came along I wasn't completely unhappy yet. But now after 4 children and now being preggo with #5, I am SO totally unhappy! I am not a very active person, okay again thats a lie I am not an active person in anyway I completely lazy if there is a way to do something the lazy way I'll do it that way. Of course now being pregnant and having a almost 18 month old I'm a little more active then normal just because I have a little one I am constantly chasing after (especially when outdoors). I began thinking (once the depression kicked in 3 weeks ago), I need to do something! Except there is one small problem.... I'm pregnant so there is no way of loosing weight right now, right?

So I began thinking once again (can you see I have been thinking ALOT lately?) Is there a way of getting fit & in shape with out dieting and hurting the baby? Well eating healthy is obvious! We snack alot in this house, and although I have been making my children eat healthier foods I haven't been following through and eating alot of healthier food, mainly because there is so much chocolate and fatty foods in this house. Thats were I am making the first change, now when I go shopping I am going to go more for the fruits and veggies (mainly fruits) and less for the chocolate and chips. My mom wants to work out and eat healthy and loose weight as well, so this is for both of us to have some support. So we have decided to also start walking everyday, of course I won't be over doing it or anything. I've also decided to do some prenatal yoga every other day as well. Ok so today I didn't do real great as far as the eating well goes since I had some cookies with ready whip but then again I am preggo so HA I can do it without penalty, right?
Have you ever tried cookies with ready whip? What you do is buy some soft cookies (soft batch are best but chewy chips ahoy are good to) and then top the cookie off with some extra creamy rediwhip, no not cool whip it has to be rediwhip. Some times you can add a cookie on top to make a sandwich and thats pretty good too!

Oh yeah thats right back to eating healthy and staying fit. Sorry I got distracted there. I might update weekly to let ya'll know how I am doing with it, or I may not we'll just have to see now won't we.
Well its time me to eat some dinner with my family....

Have a Great Day!
