How I'm Feeling: I'm a little upset that I not seeing the results that I want to see as fast as I want to see them, but I know that you have to work to get what you want and its not going to happen over night. You have to work hard to get to get those results! I am slowly getting results and I know that as long as I continue to push myself I will get were I want to be. I struggle some days with not wanting to exercise because I am so tired and just not wanting to do anything but then I have to think to myself, its only 15 minutes and your gonna feel great afterwards! I always hear about people saying that have feel good energy after exercising, while I have yet to feel that after exercise energy I do feel good like I have accomplished something. Like I am that much closer to were I want to be. I'm sure if I had more will power when it came to food I would be loosing more weight, and I am doing better but I am a sucker for food. Like last night I couldn't help it I wanted ice cream and well we got chocolate shakes last night, sorry I needed it!
Goals for the week: Yeah I think I need to start setting some goals and make sure that I stick with them! This week I think my goal will be to control my hunger, because in order to get better results I know I need to control the unhealthy eating habits that I have. I know I can do this if I just push myself!

You are doing great! Don't get down about 3lbs, I would love to lose 3lbs in one week!
:) I wish that it was 3lbs in one weeks too but no sadly that has been the last 3 weeks I guess 1lb a week isn't bad either though if you really think hard about it.
