Whats going on: In all honesty? I slacked a little this week. Well not totally I think I only went over one day but I only exercised for 5 days (technically) I did 1 day of one 15 minute exercise and 2 days of 30 minutes (when in all reality your suppose to do 3 days of 30 minutes). I think doing 15 minutes a day is better for me just because of the fact I slack on the days I don't exercise. But I only have one week left of the Fit Yummy Mummy 12 week transformation left! I am honored to say that I am very happy with the results thus far!! In fact I think what I am going to do once my 12 weeks is over with, I am going to restart my 12 week transformation since I have had so much success with it so far. I am not sure if I will attempt the more advanced exercises or if I will redo the ones I have already done. But my plan is to do 3 days a week at 30 minutes a day of the 12 week transformation and then 3 days a week of the 30 day shred. I really want to try that exercise routine out. I have just over 3 months to get to my first goal of 160lbs and I believe I will be able to reach it in time for my 30 birthday!
I'm glad that the weight is coming off (slowly but surely). I must admit that today I will be slacking a little because today is my 5 year olds birthday party and I have not had any cake or cupcakes in 3 months!!! I am so Happy that I am well on my way to being a Yummy Mummy! I am am feeling so much better about myself! I am definatly likeing myself more and more confident in myself. Although I am still so very tired! I am feeling great!
I don't want to bum ya'll out but no before and current picture this week. I want it to be a surprise next week. Hopefully there will be more weight loss and more inch loss and ya'll will be in aww!
Goals for the week: Continue what I am doing (with fit yummy mummy, and myfitnesspal.com & make sure that don't slack on eating because I feel aweful when I do that! and I also need to start planning my goals and exercise routine for the weeks after my 12 week transformation is up because I will be conitnuing to try and loose!
