Sigh... Week 13
If you read yestedays post then you know that. *deep breathe*, I fell off the wagon this past week. I started off strong. But just couldn't stick to it. I only exercised twice and I was watching what I was eating until Wednesday then I just flubbed up. But today starts a new week (or at least a SIIS new week). So I am back....

Starting Weight: 202.2 (1/1/11)
Current Weight: 182.2
Total Weight Lost: 20lbs

Waist: 42.5
Hips: 45.5
Current:
Waist: 37in
Hips: 41in
Total Lost: 5.5in lost on waist, 4.5in lost on hips.
Yep I'm back and Shredding it with Jillian Micheals. Man I hate that lady! But only because she is making me work so damn hard! But I guess thats just what you have to do to achieve the goals that you strive for, right?
If you noticed yes.. sigh I gained 2lbs and obviously I am not proud of it at all! I am very disappointed in myself and plan on working even harder to get this damn weight off. I still have a few months before my 30th birthday but I plan on taking advantage of Jillian Micheals and shredding at least 20lbs in the next 30 days. Come on Jillian I am giving you permission to kick my arse!
If you fall off, pick yourself back up and jump back on that horse or wagon or whatever you want to call it and work your literal arse off! You can do this, I can do this, WE can do this!!
The only thing getting in your way of loosing the weight that you want to loose is yourself, Push yourself outta the way and you will be so much happier once you start seeing results. If you are just starting out and don't start seeing results right away, remember muscle weighs more then fat and you may be loosing the inches and not the weight yet. Keep it up. If you continue to platue then switch something up, more cardio, less calories. Something has got to give sooner or later!
Sorry no picture this week. With the gain I am just not up to taking a photo of myself. Things will be better next week I know they will!!

We've all done it, so don't get down on yourself. Hopefully you enjoyed whatever it was that made you "fall off!" Keep in mind too, that for us women when it's that time of the month, we can gain up to 7lbs a few days before we start up to a few days after we finish. As long as you are moving forward, you are doing great!!
