Whats going on: You may have noticed the excitement in my introduction to week 10. Well there is for good reason. Have you figured out what it is yet? I've almost hit the 20lbs lost mark! I hope I will hit it by the end of the weekend. I'm still tired but for good reason, I have a slight iron deficiency. To recap if you are just joining this blog I am using Fit Yummy Mummy.com 12 week transformation, designed to help Mummys to become Fit and Yummy (haha like how I did that?) I am also using Myfitnesspal.com to track my calories. I have just 2 more weeks to go until I finish my 12 weeks transformation and so far? I am loving it! I can't wait to see were I get in the next 2 weeks. I haven't figured out my plans for after the 12 week transformation yet because well... I still have more weight I want to loose, I am hoping to at least get down to 160lbs by my 30th Birthday in July. I would like to loose more then that but I am want to get down to 160 by my 30th. I am definatly well on my way! I hit a few bumps in the road and wasn't very happy a few times through this transformation but it wasn't because of the exercises it was because of myself I was disappointed in myself and now that I am 1lb away from the 20lb lost mark, I am starting to like myself a lot better thats not to say that I wont have disappointments later but right now? I'm good :)
Goals for the week: Well duh of course loose 20lbs :) Maybe even by next weekend I will have lost 25lbs (heres hoping) . Basically my goal is to continue what I am doing and work my ass off (literally).

LOOKING GOOD! You are doing great! I am struggling a bit this week. I've been sick along with the rest of the family, so no exercise and diet has been up and down... but I've manage to still lose some weight. I love reading your Sucking it in Saturday!!!
You look great! Reading your post is like looking into a mirror! I am turning 30 in July, started at 200.8 am down to 184.6 and am trying to get to 160 by around the 30th bday! We could be twins!
You are doing wonderful...keep it up!
